How to do a juice cleanse

For Maximum benefit, follow these steps:

1. Before you start...

The week leading up to starting your cleanse you want to start cutting back on high fat, high processed foods, refined sugar & excess salt, Dairy & Alcohol.


2. During your cleanse...

Stay Hydrated with Water and Herbal Teas. Kick start each morning with a Hot Lemon Water which will jump start your digestive system.

Get plenty of sleep- set yourself a 'sleep time' alarm.

Do light exercise - but listen to your body.

Don't eat solids. This is the best way for the amazing Nutrients from each juice to be absorbed easily into the blood stream. And, the point of the cleanse is to give your gut a rest to recoup and work more effectively.

If you absolutely have to eat something then a soup for an evening meal will be ok.


3. Drinking the cleanse juice

Drink 1 full juice every 2-3 hours.

Start with the Celery Juice as this reaps maximum nutritional intake on an empty stomach and its the only one that doesn't taste so nice - so get it out of the way!


4. After your juice cleanse ...

Don't undo all your good work! Eat clean. Stick to Fruit & Veg, adding good carbohydrates (Sweet Potato, brown Rice) and low fat proteins (Fish, Chicken)
