Refund Policy

At Prodjuice Juicery, we take pride in making our products fresh in house, using quality ingredients and careful preparation. Due to the perishable nature of our juices and wellness products and in line with food safety regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once a product has been prepared or dispatched.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds for reasons such as:

  1. ·       Change of mind

  2. ·       Dislike of taste

  3. ·       Not being available to receive the delivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive the package, especially since our juices must be kept refrigerated.

Cancellations Policy

At Prodjuice Juicery, all of our products are made fresh in house because of this.  Because of this we operate on a tight production and delivery schedule.

 Cancellation Window

Once your order has been placed, we aim to prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days,  however if your order goes into weekend we will post your items on the Monday for Tuesday delivery. 

To cancel an order:

  1. You must notify us within 2 hours of placing it.

  2. After that, we may have already begun preparing your juices or scheduled the courier, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include:

  1. A clear photo of the issue

  2. Your order number

  3. A brief description of the problem

We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.
